| Overview Welcome to the Monster Middle School group! This group is dedicated to all the tweenage Monster High OCs floating around here on dA Rules for submission are like any other club/group's. Make sure it's your own artwork-no art theft. Remember to credit any bases you use, or other people's characters. Keep it rated below PG (they are middle schoolers after all, so we shouldn't be having any soap opera drama ). If you need help in creating characters there's a Resources/Templates folder in the gallery. Just remember to give credit to the original creators. So come one come all and bring you grade 5-8 little monsters with you! Gallery Submissions We have multiple folders for multiple types of artwork, and on occassion a few things do overlap, I admit. So please reffer to this when submtting things because I (*KPenDragon ) do get annoyed when I have to relocate things. So the folders rundown as such: -Featured this is for deviations taht appear in other folders as well, but have something to do with our curent theme or challenge -Traditional Art art this is drawn and colored in traditional methods that IS NOT a character profile or bio -Digital Artart this is created using digitalmethods that IS NOT a character profile or bio -Doll Photographs images of your cutsoms or photo-manipulated images of your dolls portraying your MMsers -Character Bios this is where your character bio, web profile, AND school IDs go -Fanfiction where written works that are not character profiles or bios go, including stories and diary entries -Resources and Templates where useful bases are located for universal use; also the place to find helpful tutorials for all forms of art As challenges are posted, more folders might be added to accomodate them. For the most part, just follow the rules to submit to the main folders, and I have no problem also copying them to the specific challenge folder too. |

Deviants
You must include at least ONE MMSer (your "date" can be a 9th or 10th grader if you really want, but really this is a dance for the Middler Schoolers remember). 
Feel free to ask anyone to the dance you'd like! Whether as a date or just friends, but make sure that you have the other char's owner's permission before you draw them.
You may do as many seperate images as you'd like, but only one will be counted in the drawing for a winner.
You may not team up to do one entry. You can collab if you'd like, but there will only be one winner. And if you're using another person's character, they can also draw the same couple in their own way and thus you both have the same couple but 2 distinctively different entries.
It must be appropriate for a school dance, no thongs or bikinis thanks 
Bases *are allowed* but please, do try to use them properly. Every person who does an entry gets a chance in the drawing to win, this isn't judging on your artistic tallent, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try to make it some of your best work ever.
